1. Data We Collect

We may process account information, concept inputs, generated prompts, media metadata, and performance metrics needed for campaign workflows. We may also process files you upload for concept analysis.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the platform, improve generation quality, connect to ad networks, and provide reporting and insights.

3. Third-Party Processing

We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and AI/media integrations. Each provider is responsible for processing data under their own security and privacy terms.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data and to restrict or object to certain processing.

5. Retention and Security

We retain data for operational needs and compliance with applicable regulations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored data.

6. Optional Analytics and Advertising Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 on the Creatiks marketing website and signed-in app to understand page visits, calls to action, registrations, sales enquiries, onboarding completion, and checkout starts. Google processes browser and device information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, authentication tokens, or account identifiers in our analytics events. This integration does not track customer websites created with the Website Builder.

Meta Pixel measures page visits, completed account signups as leads, and confirmed subscription or credit-pack purchases. Purchase events include the amount paid and currency. Meta receives page URLs and browser, device, cookie, and ad-attribution information to measure and improve our advertising. We do not include names, email addresses, form contents, or account identifiers in the event fields we send to Meta, and automatic form matching is disabled. This pixel is used only on the main Creatiks site, not customer websites.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK, analytics and advertising remain off until you accept each separately. If we cannot determine your region, they also remain off. Elsewhere, optional tracking is enabled by default unless you opt out. You can decline either and continue using Creatiks, or change your choices at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the footer. Choose Reject advertising in that panel to opt out of sharing this browser’s data with Meta for advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for advertising. A saved rejection overrides regional defaults, and we do not save a regional default as explicit consent. Turning off a purpose stops future collection for that purpose. We remember your choices in first-party cookies and browser storage for up to 180 days. We also use browser storage to avoid counting the same conversion more than once. Essential cookies used for sign-in and your preferences remain necessary for the service.
